Julius Caesar invented the leap year 2057 years ago, which was not something the Mayan calendar would take into account. So, after some quick math, right now it would really be July 2013 according to their calendar.


......and the world keeps on turning......

So now everyone can stop freaking out about the end of the world that's supposed to happen this year.
